True air gap technology
True Air Gap Technology stops thermal bridging by intentionally creating a continuous air space between the radiant barrier and the framing or sheathing. The corrugated backing forms built-in channels that allow air to move freely, preventing direct contact that would otherwise conduct heat through studs, rafters, or drywall.
By breaking this contact path, heat transfer by conduction is dramatically reduced. The moving air in the gap disperses trapped heat, while the reflective surface redirects radiant energy away from the structure.
